1. No Refunds on Available or Shipped Products

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Products that are in stock and available.
  • Orders that have already been processed or shipped, even if delivery is delayed.

We encourage customers to double-check their order details before confirming.

2. Refunds for Unavailable Products

If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer either:

  • A refund for the unavailable item, or
  • A replacement with another product of equal value.

3. No Returns or Exchanges on Used/Opened Items

To ensure the integrity of our skincare products for all customers, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo of the item(s)
  • Your order number
  • Proof of Payment

We will resolve the issue with a refund or replacement, where applicable.

5. Final Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, promos, or special offers are final sale and are not eligible for refund or return.
